Low-income families with inadequate shelters face the risk of typhoons, tropical hurricanes, and flooding, which hit Vietnam annually. So, living in poorly built housing forces people to continuously rebuild their homes due to natural disasters.
In rural areas, many residents lack adequate sanitation and do not have access to clean water. Better Futures for Kids Foundation works with local governments to identify families in need of housing. Families with children are our priorities, as we believe that a safe, clean, and adequate home can help their parents to settle down and allow children to focus on the significance of their education.
